Getting out of the Head and into the Heart

Hey every body! I just had some thoughts that I wanted to share with you guys. Lately I have been doing a lot of soul searching and listening to other people talking about meditating, how it helps them to realize things. Well after listening and practicing for some days I finally today felt like I got some Insight. Kyle Cease which I have been listening to a lot lately said to focus on the Heart when you meditate, so I have been doing that, not really connected with it until TODAY. Actually its not the first time I have heard that you should connect more with your heart then your head, there is actually supposed to be more nerve connection from the heart to your body then from your head. Well that was a discretion. Today when I connected with my heart I had the realization that I feel Only Peace when I connect with your heart and I feel Only Stress when I connect with the thoughts in my head. Its like the head is more connected to the perceptions that I have and what I am thinking, but with the heart there is no perceptions of anything its just peace.

Oh and today I saw a butterfly with two small BLUE dots, and it was standing still for along time so I really got to see it and say thank you to it. The reason why I am sharing that is because I have asked the Universe to show me a Blue Butterly when I am on the right way of where I want to go in life. My first blog post explains more =)
