Become Friends with Your Emotions

Hi Everybody! I hope everyone is well and safe during this time. Have you ever had this feeling of constantly feeling tense in your body? Well I have, constantly something is tensing up my body and it has really annoyed me and constantly made me try to figure it out what is it, why again!, but when those thoughts come it make me feel even more tense, know the feeling?
I`m resently taken the Rewilding Experience which Rohini and Angus Ross have been so Kindly sharing for free, and what I am learning and experiencing is that when ever you think about something you get an emotion and that emotions has a physical response in your body. Now our thinking can take us all different places, they are not personal they just are and they flow through our mind and some we notice and pick it up and others we let pass. And I think that the once that we pick up are related to the experience at the moment, like for me I am sitting here now writing this and while I `m writing I'm thinking; How can I find the right words, Who will read this (ALL the chatter or my head) Now you don't have to listen to that chatter, If you are just aware of it and don't put any meaning to it, it will just flow through and another more pleasant thought can come to your awerness,
The same way with a tense feeling in your body if you just notice it and see it with no judgment it will just flow though. I felt very tense when I woke up this morining, but by just noticing the tenseness it softend and I feel more relaxed in my body, not perfectly calm, but calmer.
Try for today to be kind to yourself and just give yourself a few minutes today to just notice how you feel in your body, and don't judge it just be with it, hug it, tell it you are ok I am here with you, I see you. And tell me in the comments below, what happened.
